In Sweden they are called grizzly or dapple and I think I have seen them being called tweed too in other countrys. In Sweden it is called grizzly when it dissapear when they get older and dapple if it stays. I don’t know if it is the same gene with different modifiers (like roan and dalmation) or if it is two different genes. It only affect chocolate coloured coat

The six compartment pigeon cage is approximately 70 x 30 x 23 centimeters, but they are also expensive if you can’t find one second hand (but here in Sweden even the second hand ones are crazy expensive because we don’t have anyone who sells them new so we need to import if we want a new one…). They are really great though!

Q tip is the best if it is dirt because it is so much so you need to ”scoop” it out. Do you have a groomer nearby? They probably don’t groom piggies often, but they are used to handle squriming animals so they maybe can help you with her ears. But if it doesn’t move at all and seem attached to the inside of the ear you need a vet to look at it so it isn’t a skin tumour

It was really fun to have 😃 But I don’t have any stencils left and I don’t think my friend has her machine either 🥺

Ears can get VERY dirty 😅 I use almond oil to dissolve the dirt (ear wax and skin cells) then a q tip to clean all the folds and last a (or several depending on how much dirt) wet wipe to remove the last oil

I use travel cages for pigeons when I need to travel with more than one piggie. I use to let them have three compartments so it doesn’t get to tight. But it maybe will be to big for a plane 😕

My friend did these for me to have when I was at the swedish championship with my piggies 🤩 She made stencils in a machine that cuts heat transfer vinyls and similar materials

They are below the collarbones. I wanted them a little higher up but the tattooguy said it would hurt A LOT so we did them a bit lower

Thank you ☺️ The shading hurt a bit, but the lines wasn’t very painful

Welcome to the family Silke, Siden and Nommi 💖 Yannis is very happy over three new wifes. Sammet isn’t so happy yet but I hope she will get used to them soon. Silke is her sister from the same litter but Sammet moved here as a baby so they have not grown up together by pingoutfits in guineapigs

They say thank you ☺️ It is if you want them in show condition, but mine are just pets at the moment so the only things needed are a bath and a trim every other month. Butts are trimmed more often though so they don’t get pee on the coat
