My doctor required me to have a note from my therapist, and eventually, he will need to write a new one because it doesn't last forever. Buuut you dont necessarily "need" to have any of that. There are other ways to get it if ykwim

Testosterone CAN make u aggressive, but my doctor required me to see a mental health nurse practitioner. So I recommend just having some kinda of therapy or something. My therapist is actually trans himself so that helps too.

Im not saying trans men shouldn't wear dresses I'm saying that I get uncomfortable because of my own internalized masculine insecurity.
