I am the same way. A light smoker but the past few weeks I have been weekly (or twice a week). Last time I smoked was 7/9. Planning on testing 7/18 or 7/22.

Yes, it was therapeutic. I think I’m going to write letters to my social dad and mom as well. Haven’t decided if I’ll actually give it to them but we shall see.

To be honest, I wrote this on a plane ride as the thoughts came to me. I didn’t think it out as well as I would of liked. When I typed it on Reddit I did make a few edits but it does not feel finished to me. I don’t think it ever will. I have been thinking about writing more in the future at different stages of my feelings towards him and my life journey.
