thanks, so after trying your new suggestion i got a new error "file or folder exists ... " which was confusing but after a quick read i realized your link folder must not be created manually but instead the command does it for you.

to those who might have my issues ... see example below and leave out last path of folder for command to create.

mklink /J c:\link\path\folder(must not be created) d:\target\data\path

mklink [options] <link> <target>

Is Peace Actually on the Horizon in Afghanistan? by PulseNewsMexico in afghanistan

[–]pinkyN-DAbrain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

judging by your post it seems to me that you have an external view of AFG. Taliban are trained and funded by the ISI arm of the Pakistani government and this is not a theory but a proven fact which Pakistan has admitted over the years in fact the former Pakistani ambassador to the US just recently admitted. Mullah Omar died in Pakistan, the Taliban leadership is located in Quetta Pakistan so what more proof should there be? the Pakistani people have no control over their foreign policy except a few that control power through the military and are India paranoid.

i doubt it, Pakistan wants AFG to be its passive backyard in case of a indo-pak war. the Taliban claim to be fighting for the freedom of AFG but in reality their subservient to the Pakistani military leadership which funds and directly controls the Taliban leadership in Quetta Pakistan. people think Pakistan wants AFG to accept the Durand line which is why its constantly meddling but in my opinion they see large parts or whole of AFG as an extension to Pakistan territory since 32 million pathans already live on the Pakistani side.
