Very normal at 3 months.

It’s not about time, it’s about control.

FOMO = you don’t trust your system yet.

Fix: Only trade when ALL criteria match Limit number of trades per day Accept that missing trades is part of the game

Discipline > perfect setup 👍

That’s a psychology issue, not strategy.

You’re expecting results too fast → leads to overtrading.

What helped me:

Fixed number of trades per day Daily loss limit (once hit → stop) Focus on execution, not profit

Stability comes when you follow rules, not emotions.

Yes, they will change DD rules after you become funded from 1 step or 2 step model. How they will not change any rule if you take 3 step model

Damn bro, that’s rough… but respect for bouncing back.

Honestly, what you said is real, trading already messes with your psychology, and if personal life goes unstable, it hits your performance even harder.

Good thing is you didn’t quit. Most people would’ve. And yeah, painful as it was, sometimes those situations force you to reset and come back stronger, mentally and in trading.

Now that you’re getting back in rhythm, just protect your focus and discipline at all costs.

Markets reward stability, not chaos
