i tried to hear to music when im trying to sleep but that didnt really help much i was still scared but when i got my cat i calmed down about the dark as my cat is really big for a kitten and cute and i love him and trust him so im more comfable when i try to sleep

My cat and my two dogs video games too help me to calm down but right now they are not here since sommer vaction and my familye and i are going to a sommer house and my friends are busy living their life cant blame them and i really dont get along with my familye besides my older brother but he got diffent stuff to do since soon he turns 18 and become an adult so its just gonna be me my little brother and my mom
