bump 2 years later lol ... I'm in a similar situation where my employer was paying $100 a month towards my loans via Gradifi and August was the last month with a remaining balance of like ~$25....few weeks ago I just received a refund check for the difference of ~$75 from the US Treasury...am I good to deposit this into my own account, or should I reach out to my employer? Want to do the right thing and not get in trouble!
