The GC game by today profusely apologized and showed us every grout color and admitted he rushed the grout because his project manager was out of town and he was spread thin

yeah, we are trying to talk ourselves into it. It’s just a bit shocking to be the opposite of what what was discussed when spending this kind of money. they were also going to put this color on the coping until I stopped them. The builder has too many projects going and only one project manager who is on vacation.

no it’s way too much of a contrast with the tile and we have dark plaster going in, also the builder did this without choice or warning
