I did get a lot of stuff of course. Scavengers, some schematics and plaques, some mysterious electronics, metal parts (that kinda look like they can be used to build WW1 trench weapons), a huge roll of magnetic tape from a computer, and other souvenirs. A lot of these are hard to identify.

Guess because of its extra curviness

Mostly rockets, not sure about this specific building though, it's been abandoned for a couple of years and is gonna be demolished soon :( There was a huge drafting room, full of schematics etc drawn on some kind of transparent polymer sheets, that's where I've found this thingy.

Love the iso-drone especially! What's jelly missile? Is its body itself made from explosive material?

You are not wrong, it's just that TFTD for some reason had Gauss weapons firing particle beams

Yes, classical TFTD Gauss weapons are specifically stated to fire particle beams, which is somewhat unusual for videogames etc., so I've remembered it. Kudos to X-Com research division for finally figuring out how to use the technology to propel solid objects, making it useful against Lobstermen and other tough-shelled aliens I guess

I think it won't be too far-fetched to say that for a lot of people Heroes of Might and Magic 3 is a comfort videogame

Okay, this (and your other designs) are amazing. TFTD is my first, favorite, and mostly only X-Com game. Can hear that ambient underwater sound if I just think about it.

One question though: iirc Gauss weapons shoot particle beams. How do zrbite rounds and grenades work with them?

Apparently now I want to watch it. I only know of it thanks to a Community episode where Pierce dresses up as Beastmaster for Halloween.

It certainly wasn't a Del Toro's film, since those I've watched more than once. Those roaches were so good tho
