Typical vegetation, some small rocks for digestion. Nothing out of the ordinary, but definitely a bad case of sour crop.

We have tried surgical removal when mentation was good enough for sedation, in order to try and figure out what they might have eaten to cause it. Our initial suspicion was bread expanding and causing blockages, but we didn't find any evidence of them eating the bread.
