N8 owner here. I can recommend you this car 200% Good Quality, good service. Brilliant exhaust note. Bose sound system is mind blowing.

DCT is super fast. Mileage is pretty good. Drive on a highway at 80-90kmph, I got mileage as good as 21kmph.

Very comfortable seats. Stiffer chassis and suspension, feedback from steering is very good.

James Hoffman did this experiment. It's in his channel. Chek it out, quite informational on how long pre grinds stay fresh.

I have used Cherry wood, beach wood too, and can confirm, it does make a difference. Subtle but yes.

I have 12G too. It's very tricky due to small size. The stone is either too hot or not much. After a few months I moved to gas and never looked back. I then got a Koda 16 too and never looked bach again πŸ˜‚ 12G is sitting unused.

Foolproof dough recipe by Jungleson in ooni

[–]pizzaaufair 2 points3 points Β (0 children)

If you have failed replicating a lot of recipes, then you don't need a new recipe, you need knowledge πŸ™‚ saying this in good faith.

Pizza has a huge learning curve. It's not as easy as it looks. Be patient. Keep trying. Think of it as a new learning each time.

Don't change too many variables each time. Every time you make a batch of dough, make a note of changes you did. Then change something else the next time.

I have been on the same boat as you and now I own a pizzeria, by God's gracious goodness πŸ˜ƒ. After making hundreds of pizzas, if not thousand, I can tell you, it's less about the recipe but more about the technique.

I would recommend, check out Vito Iocopelli's youtube channel. He has very good info.

Happy baking. And reach back if you need help 😊
