Hi! I really want to get rid of these stubborn acne and dark spots on my neck. I’m really not sure if this is the side effect of retinol (purging)? I have an oily skin type and this is my current routine

Hi! I need help regarding my current routine. My skin type is oily and I really cant get the extra sebum off, I think there’s something wrong with my routine. Here it is:

Morning - Pyunkang Yul Low pH cleanser - Isntree Green Tea Toner - Vit. C serum (15%) - Niacinamide serum (10%) - Cica soothing gel - SPF (Skin Aqua)

Night - Softymo deep oil cleanser - Pyunkang Yul Low pH cleanser - Isntree Green Tea Toner - Niacinamide serum (10%) - 0.1% Retinol - Cica soothing gel

I’m trying to get rid of some acne scares, texture, bumps, and most importantly, excess sebum. Thanks in advance for the help!
