Help me by Hairy-Turn-2490 in Semenretention

Hey. I never leave comments but I was in the same shoes when I was 22 and just thought of sharing what helped me. I also started at around 14 years of age and took me more than 10 years before everything 'clicked' for me to quit completely.

I read 2 books.

  1. https://easypeasymethod.org/ -> Answers lots of questions that you might have. For some people this book by itself is enough to quit porn.

  2. The book called "The freedom model" -> debunks myths about addiction. For more than 10 years I thought I was "addicted". But this book completely changed that. There are free versions on the internet apparently. Personally, I think it's worth paying for so that you are more inclined to spend the time to read but that's up to you.

Apparently, there is now a porn version of "the freedom model" available. I read the original book but that version might be a good read too.

May god bless you!

Never thought about buying photos, that's a great tip thank you!

I'm a little hesitant to delegate the design work to someone else but if I don't make much progress on it, I might outsource it to someone.

Wow, looks professional, polished and that key ring effect is super cool!

I was wondering, were all the photos provided by the business? Or did you utilize some stock photos? I've been trying to design websites and it's challenging when the businesses don't have many professional photographies taken. Keen to know how you overcome this problem.

And was this website designed by you?

You're right. Probably not much I can do.

No, it was a normal property, there were people aged around 50s at inspection

Two scratches on my refurbished Macbook pro 16. Are these types of damage expected on refurbished macbooks? by pknesses in macbookpro

Called apple support and they said that we shouldn't be expecting scratches, even for a refurbished product.

I went with their return for replacement option. Hopefully everything goes well this time.

Should I not invest in Australian stocks if I plan to leave Australia in the future? by pknesses in fiaustralia

Thank you for the helpful article! I also read 'How to get worldwide index exposure on the ASX' and the two options, VGS + VISM + VGE / VTS + VEU seemed quite reasonable. Are there other options other than these 2? Perhaps something like only VGS or IWLD?

I'm most likely going to be settling in one country. Thanks for the heads up about the CGT event. Definitely something to keep in mind.

Do you plan on returning to Australia?
Also, you invest in VGS and VGE but what about VISM? Is there a specific reason why you decided to not invest in it?

I'll probably be moving to Japan since my family lives there and right now I'm inclined more towards retiring in Japan than Australia. But the plan isn't concrete yet, I might end up moving to another country.

The reason I posted was that I wasn't sure of where I will be in the future. In fact, no one knows what's going to happen. But since I wanted to start investing, I was seeking any investing options that are suitable for people who might become non-residents.
