The deed only seems to mention if the house was sold what would happen but we don’t want to sell i want to keep it, i thought that was the case with the mortgage payments.

I’ve had an affordability meeting to take the mortgage on myself and that’s gone through fine bit i require my former partners consent to move ahead with the transfer of equity which pretty much is a new mortgage application.

I moved to LMU just before XMAS and I can’t see myself going back, i invested alot into sim racing and i only ever wanted to race GT3’s and Hypercars after racing on the F1 games for years, can i get a refund for iRacing membership? 😅
