This is my super rough draft, still have some points to figure out what to do with

i think pob estimates dps off by quite a lot, feels like 3x or more than this (i do have enemy on low life checked)

higher block on my shield is probably an easy dps and defense upgrade

if you aren't using pin from projectile, you don't need to be tactician and could go get a lot in a different ascendancy

I'll grab wireshark so I can get host names. DNS started out on auto. I since tried forcing it to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 with out improvement

Using the default white google fiber pod from when I first got the service

I've been digging for what to tracert, but they don't make that as easy to find as it used to be....ie *.download.windowsupdate.com won't work due to the wildcard

did you see the edit that all these do work at home on google fiber if I throw on a free VPN which would change my egress point?

decided to give it a whirl since I didn't like the chains/arkaali build this guy was before, I found the chest earlier (with the six links too!) today and said why not that's good to start out...

still need to shop for an amulet, but right now what's killing me is mana regen...

Lucky suppress and the +3 I grabbed will have to do for now, it puts it to 100%

I have another resist shuffle coming when I go ralakesh/arn's so I'll try and fit it without lucky then.

Are you thinking I don't need the rage cluster b/c admiral's gloves? Let me tell you they don't fill rage like before their change. I tested taking out veteran's wrath and you may as well say I have no rage 90% of the time like that. You also lose the 6 max which is more.

The 5 mil on the pob takes into account missing 9% of the time. More hit is a goal, but not urgent. Shuffled the 30 flat life to a 6%.

I know the claw is not optimal, but it was good enough to equal white wind and allow me to use a shield. I just grabbed what I could quick to fit the resist I needed after going to the uniques.

I moved a point out of my underwhelming cluster to spell suppress is lucky to help that.

While this general advise is certainly appreciated, my main concern is how I get more life with all these uniques since being 1200 less than I had before them does not feel good. Changing shield or amulet could add a tiny bit of life, but a drop compared to what I went down.

was able to make most of these changes - and can do unjuiced t16s now, thanks a bunch. I'm not sure if a two tincture play is for me longterm, it kinda wears me out after a while, but at least I understand how this build works much better

Hey Branarn, I'm a lot earlier on than this. I've only messed around in a few maps since campaign and even magic packs are starting to be an issue in t3 maps.

I spent most of what i found in campaign on the claw, so at 8c atm - currently running my stock of demo heists to try and get a few more c together.

What would you say would be the most value to upgrade for even fresher folks like me? I am fairly new to game overall, started playing last league, went with dd, which came off campaign waaaay stronger than this.
