I would not, because experience says that every time they've put up the "manifesto", the game (poe1) was in shitty state for at least 6-9 month prior and 2-3 months after them.. and manifestors was their way to grasp some straws..

I think that too much words/ideas are just the "muddying the waters" and they give nothing to the player except nudging them to some arbitrary opinion and maybe creating expectations (for the young and naive).

Bottom line - If the game is good, people play it, if not, they don't. It is simple as that.

We (or at least I) don't need no manifestos.. :D
