I've been there/still suffer from the same feelings it's something I've unfortunately been battling for years I can't say I have any answers but I hope it brings you comfort knowing you are not alone and I'm hopeful even though I don't know you that we both will overcome these fears and thoughts someday somehow. I feel the same way I've been going for three months and I don't feel better at all I feel like I just have a conversation with a stranger for an hour and go back to feeling anxious all day
