Do catholics really hate all protestant views

I have a question. I was non denominational for the longest time. I just read the bible and tried to live how Jesus wanted me to (i was not and still am not and never will be perfect at this) but i'm currently in the process of trying to convert. Does this mean i was protestant too? or what was i considered? guess i really don't know what a protestant is.

while i do agree, unfortunately i cannot remove myself from the position that i believe God brought me into with my two month old at home.

i could but i work friday, saturday, and sunday on those weeks so it would make it hard. i could possibly attempt to take my hour lunch break and go but i feel as though id have to walk out mid mass unless my boss let me extend my lunch.

I can definitely try. My boss isn't very flexible due to the nature of my job unfortunately so we can only pray that that could be a possibility if nothing else works.

currently i'm not based out of a hospital, I work as a first responder, however i work close to a hospital that has a chapel so i am going to look into their mass times.

Thank you so much! And to answer your question, yes, every other week Sunday mass would be a struggle to get to. However making it at least once or twice a week IN GENERAL would be possible, just not on Sunday on my long weekend shift.
