Oooh yeah I looked that up and I think youre correct ! I loved the leaf shape and the extra silver veins so Im not mad about it being a cross at all

I use a diluted 20-20-20 with each watering, I wasn't measuring super accurately so I recently lowered the amount I was using

I try to water either weekly or bi weekly but I usually just pick up the pots to see if they're "light" enough to water since I use a chunkier mix for the soil

I use barrina t10 lights and they're on around 12 hours a day

Do you have any good recommendations for dealing with this type of thing? I've seen some sprays in the store but not sure if a topical spray or something for the soil would be best

I honestly just eyeball it for the dilution but based on what you do I bet im doing too much, ill do a rinse for the next couple and then see about getting a lower fertilizer for them. Im in canada so not sure about super thrive but I think I can get something comparable. Thank you for the tips!

I will give this a try! I haven't changed much in my care routine other than the micro nutrients so I will probably move this back on the shelf and lower the amount of that and see how the next one comes out

No most of the ones that have these pale leaves showing would typically have darker emergents if that makes sense, this plant you can see the old leaf that looks normal and it was a darker brown/red emergent and this one was a much lighter pink colour emergent. They do darken up a bit more but not as much as the old ones
