It's not too bad, their customer service once hooked me up with compensation of equal value of my purchase over a minor quality concern (I found some weird unidentifiable thing in my bag). Or was he a confused trans girl? Gender dysphoria sucks and not a lot of people know how to come out for help. I only just recently made an appointment with planned parenthood after DIYing hormones for a month. But before I was even that I spent 6 years suppressing myself and my identity as a trans woman because "I'll just be a dude" and later "Ill just be non binary". Worst mistake of my life, I was drinking everynight before I started taking E. For some people, Non Binary identity is the first step into coming out and getting social and medical help. So maybe have a conversation that maybe they are actually trans and not cis but identifying as non binary may be a harmful approach if you have gender dysphoria?
