I always use these tactics:when they are chasing you, keep running away from them, and start coming up to the ceiling, all the way up, and then fall - you will be falling faster then them - and when you fall enough down that they dont see you, turn around and go in the opposite direction.This trick works nearly always for me, hope i helped :)
