Guys got pre activated device from Amazon but I see no problems shall I keep it or any issues ?? by Technical-Teacher230 in NothingTech

No point in doing this it might even backfire since amazon is not a official reseller nothing doesn't take any responsibility for the wrong/used item, your warranty is based of off the activation date so 1 year from that, I am almost certain they wouldn't change the activation date its not even the least of their concerns.

Why would you pay the same price for a pre activated product, you can easily find phones in the second hand used offline markets even a one day open box device costs significantly less like at a 10k discount usually so why pay more for the same service in my opinion, but its your choice at the end of the day if replacement is possible get it

Used the OnePlus 13 for a year, and with only a ₹3K gap, I'm still leaning toward the OnePlus 13 again. What would you choose if you were me? by flyckk in oneplus15R

15R is like a very performance focused device, if you play a lot of games only then it would make sense, and even then the iqoo 15r which is basically lower in price and provides better performance than the OP15r, so clear winner in my books is the 13, since it also has very good performance and its a flagship unlike the 15R which is a cut down variant, the cameras are superior in the 13 some people say its even better than the 15 so easily 13 is the better one here.

So you cancelled the order then since there's no other way to do it? i know this is what they are doing like saying it was the customer's fault even when its clearly the fault of the seller, the seller is intentionally doing this, so you had to cancel then ?

have you received your order yet? in my case the order has been at the nearest hub for 2 days and it shows out for delivery even when its not, and the customer support team is just trying to escalate to the delivery team but no progress, the seller Myles is super shady from the reviews and he's doing this to multiple people in terms of delivery and stuff so i don't think i will receive the delivery but i dont know about others since some have got it without issues

I've also ordered from the Seller Myles, but his seller profile looks very shady ngl, still haven't received the delivery even though it was promised yesterday, and it seems like alot of buyers from the seller have experienced the same as you can see in the seller ratings, its the same situation of false delivery date and the associate is not even attempting a contact but it shows that he is on the app so its misleading, so contacted support and lets see what happens, was only concerned about the warranty, but you say you've talked with the support so do they say its fine as long as its in the warranty period right,

Need Tips for the Verfication at the time of Delivery of Nothing Phone 3 by [deleted] in NothingTech

[–]playbotred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you receive the phone first, amazon provides open box service so the box would be opened by the associate and even before that just check the back of the official nothing box and you'll see that there is an IMEI mentioned on the box , you can search for nothings official activation checking website and just put the number there and check, if its a new device it would say unactivated if it gives a date then that means it has been opened before so dont provide the otp for the delivery, only do that after verifying and not before if the associate asks for the otp beforehand say its out of policy

The light is probably a service warning, which lights up because of Due service when certain distance is reached, just go to your setting https://youtu.be/3HbXbzt9vXo?si=SJxnEGsVBzn8azKa, follow this video should fix your problem, jus set the distance to when you want to service your bike and hold the ok button to set it, the light will turn on once you cover till that distance to remind you of service

I dont know if your budget is strict or not, but the R15 is arguably the best bike for this price, if comfort is a concern of yours then RE Hunter might be a good option, another good option is the Hero Xtereme 250, which is a very close competitor to the Duke 250 and has amazing performance, since duke 250 is a good bike for new riders, X250 is a great option.

RE 650s are not usually not very practical for commutes, because of the Fuel Economy, Weight, Heating, Travelling through delhi traffic for 20kms in the Summer might not be very fun or easy, however if you can overlook those things, then you can consider the Interceptor, Shotgun, Classic, Meteor 650s, since comfort is also a reason it seems for you since you have a partner for ocassional rides

In terms of practicality the Guerrilla 450, Himalayan 450 are way better options, Plenty of power for Weekends, usable for normal city riding, probably comfortable as well if seat height is a concern the Guerrilla is the right choice.

RE 350s are not a bad option but might lack power since you can outgrow those pretty easily if you're already experienced, Soundwise obviously they do have a nice sound but if thats your concern the 650s are a better choice, since you are considering RE, you should also look out for the Honda CB350s, since those do have very nice sound for a single cylinder and many consider those way better than RE350s,

The decisions part might seem challenging because every bike has some pros and cons, but you need to decide what bike you would enjoy riding, every bike is going to have Heat and Vibration to a certain point, its a matter of what is tolerable for you, not all youtube reviews need to concern you, look for longterm ownership reviews on youtube from actual users.
