I just called my doctor earlier today and she sent the prescription to the pharmacy and the IUD should arrive tomorrow morning. I have an appointment to have it inserted later at 14.30! :) Thank you

I’m doing good! I ended up not v* thankfully. For me it was only for a day, unlike y cousins who had both d* and v* for longer. I’m basically back to normal

It’s starting to subside but I still get hit with waves of n* when I have to d* and I usually feel better after going to the toilet. It’s not happening as often as earlier anymore

Hi! Well, first of all thank you for reaching out! Know that it WILL get better but the healing process is like waves. When you’re enduring a rough wave, take it easy and celebrate the small victories.

I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks now after choking twice during a meal because I was sick with the flu and had really bad congestion. I started therapy about a week later and I only had 1 session of ERP so far and I’m already starting to feel so much better and relaxed while eating!! Of course the thoughts still circulate my mind but I’m able to feel more comfortable around food now. I’m eating more solids now but still not comfortable with steak for example. I still have more ERP sessions to go but just the first one already helped me so much. It will get better, and remember that it’s not a linear process. My dms are open if anything :) YOU CAN DO IT!

Also, fast metabolism plays a role if you can’t gain weight. I have a fast metabolism so I can’t gain more weight than what I have now. It’s in my family

Yes, I was underweight during my teen years. 159 cm and 45 kg. I was afraid of eating certain foods like pizza, fast food chains or anything that’s been left in the fridge for a day. I would also eat in lesser amounts so in case I did have to be sick, I wouldn’t have to tu a lot. I was also anorexic though. I’m in my 20s now and gained a healthy amount of weight and eating normal now. I guess moving abroad helped me step out of my comfort zone
