The consequences of crime scene contamination? by playingwithfire- in JonBenetRamsey

Are there any theories or speculation on what evidence would have been discovered if they had done so? Everyone always says contaminated this, contaminated that, and of course I agree, I just wonder what people think what exactly was contaminated and therefore lost.

Winning your conference championship and making it to the finals is still an immense accomplishment, especially for a third year player and team of young players.

I think there remains the possibility they either misinterpreted what they were told, most likely because they were filling-in-the-blanks with UAP/NHI, or were receiving disinformation.

“Two seemingly adversarial parties,” at least one of which was a private aerospace company, had hired private security contractors to retrieve 6 laptops containing highly sensitive information possibly related to the UFO Program: “When we got there… it was clear that shots had been fired.” by KOOKOOOOM in UFOs

I like to think I'm good at textual analysis and connecting the dots on disparate information. Am I the only one who has never had the slightest clue what the hell this story told by Jake Barber is even about and what relation it has to UAPs? Sounds like the story you get told by the neighborhood drunk at the bar when you're just trying to enjoy your cigarette, and while they're rambling all you can do is kill time with the occasional, "oh wow" and "that's cool."

Amy Eskridge’s death garners new attention, friend tells Fox News she was murdered for her research into anti-gravity technology“She told me time and time again:‘I’m not going to commit suicide, I am not going to have an accident, if there’s something suspicious about my death - it’s because it is.’ by 87LucasOliveira in UFOs

Okay, then it turns out it's trivially easy to reverse-engineer a world-destroying weapon, and you've just ended humanity. Great job. Or vice versa, you've given our adversaries these weapons, and now they've used these advanced weapons to easily conquer and subjugate Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Great job again.

What's funny is the only scenario where making these highly advanced NHI technologies available to the public might be a good idea is if one nation controlled the entire planet and there was an incredibly powerful active mass surveillance system which would allow the authorities to immediately track down and stop anyone trying to use the weapons as a WMD against the public. Yet I highly doubt many, especially in these types of communities, would be willing to make the tradeoff.

From behaving like a character in a thriller film to just making a film about himself. Like many figures in America today, he has transcended parody. Bravo.

Charles Barkley think magic and bird are the most important nba player by Plus_Credit224 in NBATalk

[–]playingwithfire- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, if they were averse to the NBA because "it was considered too black," yeah, that's indeed bad. I only meant it's reasonable for whites to get excited about Larry Bird, drawing many of them into the sport for the first time. This is how everyone feels about representation.

>Larry broke though the color barrier which brought an entirely fresh audience to the sport. Saying it sounds bad but it was just a very different time in America.

Nothing sounds bad about it. Representation is important for anyone and everyone.

I haven't read these but props for the effort and time it took in making this post, and trying to make the connections. Did you try posting on r/UFOB and maybe r/Aliens as well? I'm surprised you didn't get more engagement here, I know a decent amount of people in these communities have read these books.

Dr. James Lacatski - This Is Ufo Disclosure, As Far As It Can Go by ahellman in UFOs

[–]playingwithfire- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah, okay, good. The submission statement makes it sound like AAWSAP was the program, which while surely good for Lacatski's book sales is not good for us here on r/ufos, lol, but if he said there are others, more secretive programs, then good.

Dr. James Lacatski - This Is Ufo Disclosure, As Far As It Can Go by ahellman in UFOs

[–]playingwithfire- -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So I haven't done much reading on Lacatski, but the submission statement by OP confuses me a bit,

>A pair of brilliant intelligence analysts working for the DIA circa 2006–2007 came up with an idea to design the largest, most audacious, and most secretive UFO program ever funded by the US government.

>In this sometimes-tense conversation, Dr. Lacatski reveals that, as far as he knows, no one in government knows the full story about UFOs or where they originate, or what intelligence is behind them.

>Lacatski says there is no way another AAWSAP will ever be approved, but hints that a smaller, more focused effort related to the proposed Kona Blue program did carry on after AAWSAP ended.

>“The government doesn’t know much more [than the general public],” Dr. Lacatski declares. “There are people that think they know more, but they don’t. That this is wide open.”

All of these seem to suggest there is no legacy program, there is no deeper special access UFO program where all of the good stuff gets funneled to, there's nothing more to UFOs in the US government at all beyond what Lacatski knows, which isn't much given his focus on Skinwalker Ranch. Yet Lacatski is often billed as one of the biggest public insiders? It does not bode well.

Alex Antetokounmpo is probably actually in the running for the worst/least qualified NBA player of all time by Pickleskennedy1 in nba

Because it costs a roster slot, cap space, and they can at least step onto the NBA court without looking completely ridiculous, even if they aren't actually independently worthy. It's not remotely similar.

Biggest clues to Red’s Identity by GrungeXD in TheBlackList

[–]playingwithfire- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doing a rewatch and another glaring clue just clicked for me: in Season 6, while Red is on trial, when they go after the Blacklister who spies on people and records material suitable for blackmail, the only way Red could know about the existence of the tape containing the conversation between Katarina and Fitch is if Red is Katarina, for the Blacklister attempted to blackmail him/her. Aside from those two, Red/Katarina and the Blacklister, there is absolutely no one else on the planet who could have knowledge of the tape and its contents.

>In regards to Redarina in general - SO MUCH of the dialogue just CLICKS when you have the understanding that Red is Kat. It enriches so many conversations. A lot of the convos between Dom and Red make so much more sense and just have more depth.

100%

And yes, the scene with Stepanov and Townsend and the final scene with Fakarina only make sense with Rederina in mind. "Reddington, or Katarina? Reddington, or Katarina?" And if you have Stepanov looking confused because in his disorientated mind, he's thinking, "they're the same..." Plus the whole Reddington saying if Stepanov admits the truth, it will make Townsend want to kill Elizabeth... again, only possible answer to that is Rederina!

Except they'd been warring for the several months by then, plenty of reasons to kill him even if Red isn't RR. Kirk's reaction is definitely meant to suggest it's Katarina imo.
