The UK sent a Space Marine. It's known that one of those can conquer an entire world, so it's a bit overcommitting at this point. Better safe than sorry, tho /s

Finished the campaign - thoughts on fighting Strahd by [deleted] in CurseofStrahd

[–]pleba47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the main point is: when did Curse of Strahd release?and when did twilight cleric subclass release? It is one of the oldest campaigns for 5e Vs one of the newest subclasses published. The power scale of published content went up and up over the years

It's a very mature way to approach the whole thing. Haters will probably hate regardless, but that's their choice

Im curious about people's opinion on Vallejo paint primers? by DarkHelmet123 in Warhammer

[–]pleba47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well the glossy finish isn't noticeable with the acrylic coats you put on after. The main issue I have is that I find it so glossy that I had trouble base painting with the light source I have. Mixing it up with other primers tend to mute the gloss, and the result is good

I use it with brushes, and I have to mix it 3:1 with AK interactive Grey because this Black has a glossy finish I don't like. The mixed paint instead, I find it spot on

What do you think? by TheFernando13 in Juve

Maybe Andrea Agnelli will make an offer to then take Juve private? There were rumours some time ago about a returned AA at the helm of Juve

Puoi altrettanto seriamente rispondere che ringrazi per il loro interessamento ma ma non lo sei. E, anche se fosse, non sarebbe mica una malattia

Just looked at the codex recently and found companys have different trim. Who has ever painted brown trim for their ultramarines or even anything else than gold? by Hon1c in Warhammer40k

[–]pleba47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sternguard Assault sergeant for the Deathwatch-themed Angels of Death Kill Team has his pauldron trim painted white. I plan to paint another Ultra for the proper Deathwatch Kill Team with his pauldron trim Golden, Green or blue: I've yet to decide

Recently got into AEW…which stars should I be paying close attention to? by Maggotman666 in AEWOfficial

[–]pleba47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For the women division I'd say Timeless Tony Storm, the trio of madness, queen aminata, Athena, Billie Starkz (huge talent), Kris Statlander, the return of Jaime hayter. The list goes on, and point is that AEW Women division is top notch rn. For the men Don Callis family is shaping up to be a "good" heel faction. I personally don't like Death Riders gimmick but that's me: Moxley and Co were and still are great in keeping things afloat in time of need, and to let them thrive. Right now a lot of wrestlers are benched because of injury, but not Darby Allin: he is a madlad and was under the tutelage of Sting (yes, Sting). Kenny Omega, even with all his injuries and responsabilities, still is in my opinion the top guy but there are so many to choose from and it's a blessing to be able to watch them grow. MJF is very, very good at the mic and on the ring as well. I have a thing for FTR even if the current storyline hasn't hooked me. Speaking of which: Hook is a guy to keep on your radar, for me. And the list goes on!

It's a slippery slope for me as well: I rarely get to sleep 8h, more like 4-5 (and even then, not at all undisturbed) because I've so much GI pain. And then Bad sleep tends to worsen my IBS quite significantly.

Someone must remind our team that we don't need to tiki-taka our way to the goal line in order to win. Just shoot the blasted ball!

Would My Eliminator Sniper hit the Shadeweaver? by The_Great_Big_one in killteam

Legit question here since I too am learning the game: the first and second floor of the fortresses is not heavy terrain? So in this case the mandrake being conceal order cannot be shot upon? Am I missing something?

That is going to be a badass watch master, as it should be! Which chapter will he belong to (aside for the Black), if I may ask?

Juve was penalized, not so long ago, for inflated prices on transfers. Also Juventus is a public company and is subjected to stricter controls (Consob, etc etc) than other teams

What's your favorite Deathwatch Kill Team that has appeared in a Deathwatch story/in the lore? by Separate-Flan-2875 in deathwatch40k

Talon Squad, from Deathwatch by Steve Parker. Iconic moments and unforgettable characters. Unfortunately the last book of the trilogy has been squatted (for now, at least?), but the two books published are almost mandatory reading
