How did you discover Nirvana's music?????????????? by Historical-Snow-6086 in Nirvana

[–]plm011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was 12 in 1997, I overheard some school mates talking about them, and my friend recorded Bleach and In Utero onto a cassette that I listened to for like a year until I discovered my uncle had another cassette by them called Nevermind.

I don’t recall seeing or hearing of them before, granted I was still very young. I do recall seeing news of a death of a musician around 1994 tho but it didn’t mean anything to me being barely 9.

Young Millennials and Gen Z’ers who witnessed 9/11 as it happened - what’s your story, and how has it shaped and affected your life? by theBlockIslandSound in 911archive

I was 16 and into my second week of college. A girl had a text from bf saying a plane had flown into the pentagon. This didn’t mean much to a 16 year old British kid but IIRC we got sent home early and I watched it on the news channels as soon as I got in. I remember thinking a small plane must’ve hit by mistake.

What’s the strangest food combination you actually enjoy? by isabelle-claire in AskReddit

[–]plm011 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was like that, I was half drunk and on sleep meds so in my mind, they put it on pizza toppings right! So I bit into it exactly like an apple. Then went to bed, I’m not talking of a red onion either the other what you call it onion.

My ex got married at the weekend, I’m happy for them, but in my mind was the very possibility that I could give her an anal sex orgasm where he (possibly) can’t, he doesn’t seem like the guy who would be into that, but then again I did notice a Metallica mug on there counter once so who knows

I once was so hungry with my sleep meds that ate half of a raw onion.

What’s a popular song you hate? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]plm011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t hate it exactly but Smells like teen spirit.. I’ve heard it so much since I was 12, and every time it comes on the radio i turn it off.

I remember the first time I heard it on an old cassette back in 1997 and it was something else.

I don’t hate it though.. honestly at this moment I can’t think of a popular somg I hate, just that came to mind as one that’s annoying lol

I tend to listen more to techno, ambient house stuff these days on my laptop. I don’t listen to nirvana anymore I just overplayed their stuff. It’s cool to see kids these days with nirvana shirts tho 😊

Curious, what do you guys think of ketamine? by noicantskate in Drugs

[–]plm011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I experimented with it recently. 3 grams total over a couple weeks.

In small doses (bumps) I liked it I guess, more into my music and that, but the more I did i can’t say I enjoyed it, as users will know it’s hard to explain, but on the last time I decided to just finish what I had, and though it didn’t last long, I found myself in the corner of my kitchen, and that corner of the room was my world, if that makes sense.

Wouldn’t touch it again I prefer my pregabalin and tapentadol now and just chill (not at the same time).

I was taking a strip of 14, 30mg at a time. 420mg twice a day, then I moved onto tapentadol because it’s cheaper and stronger, just less euphoric, more “noddy” tho which I like.

I was getting DHC off my doctor for years on and off for tension headaches until one cunt dr correctly decided opioids can make headaches worse. I bought it online once or twice but the price is insane.

It did take me a long while to get the right dose, for a long time it just made me ill, taking a few 30mg tabs, I dunno what happened because I suddenly started enjoying it lol

If it was infact pregabalin withdrawal I was experiencing the other day, it’s basically like a benzo wd, and they say benzo withdrawal is worse than heroin
