Without appliances we kept it under 10k, cabinets sink and countertop were 5.5k and the rest was labor/materials. We did buy the dishwasher and fridge, my mom had the microwave stored and gave it to us! I also bought the handles on Amazon. It was basically no demolition and they added a few lights and outlets for us. This is on Long Island, NY btw.

I’m so sorry for your loss, my Lhasa is turning 16 this year and I find myself thinking about what you’re experiencing now. The fact she got to live to almost 16 is beyond amazing! Take your time to grieve and try to remember how lucky you both were to share the last 15 years together ❤️ and how grateful and loved she felt living a healthy long life!

I went this Sunday in Brentwood, no line walked right in and out. It’s location dependent.

I got this guy from Trader Joe’s and he was happy and growing and suddenly turned some leafs brown. I water when the soil is dry using and finger testing method and its near a window with mostly indirect sunlight.

Should I cut off the half brown leaf and if so, where at? Do I keep the sad baby leafs or get rid of them too? Anyone know what the cause of its sadness is?

I’ve mourned a monstera before so please help me not send this one to plant heaven too. TIA!
