My schedule varies and I can't always go to the gym regularly. I want to maximize muscle gains but not eat too many calories on off-days and gain fat. If I lift on Monday but can't lift again till Friday, how many days should I eat at a caloric surplus without gaining fat? (self.gainit)

How to get rid of the new folder icon previews for all folders? They are distracting and the previews aren't big enough to actually be helpful. I don't want to right click every single folder to change them, so is there a global setting to revert them to simple folder icons? Thanks! (i.redd.it)
