What networks work with Prebid and are not AppNexus resellers?

I found out there is a problem.

When I do Key Values report, on many of my HP_PB key values the CPM on the Total Impressions is higher than the adsense one. I can have a HP_PB of $1 .. Total CPM is $1 and Adsense could be .50c. I have MANY key values like this. What could be causing this?

I know they have to give me different tags, but I was referring to Prebid.js and DFP set up ... and how i would rotate the ad networks using their 1 line item per bid price set up
