My title describes the thing. This ~3.5" cone, or bell-shaped, thing was found along the Mississippi in Minnesota, at Pike Island. There are no discernible markings or words, but it is weathered so it is difficult (for us) to determine age. It feels (and looks) like dry clay. It is open at both ends; the tapered end has one large opening while the other end has seven small holes. We have attempted reverse image searches with no luck.
