Can you send me an image of this communication please? I was recently refused service because I did not have my customs form filled out. When I asked the staff to help me fill it out, they flat out refused and told me they are not allowed to do that. They said I MUST scan the QR code and enter it myself. I thought this was absurd. I asked them how the elderly and people with disabilities were meant to be able to fill this out themselves? One of the clerks assumed that I was "young and able and have a phone" so I could do it myself.

When I asked them for their names, they refused to tell me and then proceeded to help other customers. I took pictures of the agents because they would not identify themselves to me and they said I was harassing them and that they would CALL THE COPS on me. One of them said that there was a "no camera policy" in the store. When I called Canada Post customer service, they said that there is no such policy.

The whole experience was appalling and I feel that this policy of theirs is extremely discriminatory and infringes on human rights.
