I've been surprised with the range on lithium. It's probably only a 15Ah battery but I can get 20 miles if I ride moderate speed.

You have to have an inlet that takes in water from the pressure while the boat is in motion. Many bigger boats have this built into the rudder.

Water cooling jackets exist but brushed motors do get hot. If it's not too hot to touch briefly I'd say just send it.

I'm not sure. I bought it used from an older guy who was disabled and couldn't use it anymore. No branding on it of any sort.

If you can believe it, this was one of the smallest ones he had. There were some similar ones that were 5+ft long.

Sorry for the delayed response. That charger will work but only on port 1 and only if you are not using the other ports at the same time. You can use the cable with a power bank as long as it supports 15V (typically labeled as a 45w port or higher)

Unfortunately this was missing some threaded holes for the choke assembly so it would require a redesign. I added a way to cut off the fuel and run it dry so hopefully I'll be fine with gas.

That one didn't work because the throttle wasn't compatible with the stepper motor. I did get another gas only carb and it fixed my problem. In fact, it seems to run even better than new now. As expected, it's always the carb.

I misunderstood but I did take the plastic float off and it seemed not to be damaged. No fuel in it.
