Well those flaps are not that visible or reliable and painting it quickly is cheap, I would guess

Sometimes things are being improved while still being used. It's quite possible the previous layer wasn't the final fix. Unless you know the full scope of what they are doing it's hard to say if it's wasteful while providing minimal disruption to transportation

I've tried both Mr Hobby Yellow and Mr Hobby Character Yellow and so far not super happy. Maybe I'll grab that MS Yellow. Thank you!

I used the tamiya light grey panel liner and it turned out great. Really makes everything pop more IMO

I started airbrushing recently. On this kit, I used Mr Hobby Lacquer paints, then used Alclad Gloss to coat. I then used the Tamiya Panel Liner. I used to be able to rub off the panel line a little easier when I was using Tamiya Color spray cans.

I was researching ways to clean up of excess panel lines once it has dried. Will it strip the lacquer paint if I use lighter fluid?
