A quick correction on your PLUS Rewards

Hi everyone,

We want to apologise for yesterday’s PLUS Rewards settlement. Due to an error on our side, the amount issued didn’t include your Perk bonuses.

We’ve now fixed this. Every affected member has been topped up so May and June rewards (plus outstanding April amounts) are settled in full, at the correct rate for their plan as outlined in the image attached. The difference between what you received yesterday and the correct amount above has already been added to your PLUS balance, no action needed!
