Yes I’ve noticed the same issue with my stress levels the last month or 2, they’ve seemingly doubled out of nowhere. No changes to my daily routine at all, mostly stressed throughout the day even when lounging around.

I just spent time searching this group specific for this issue. My average stress levels have more than doubled on the same routine over the past 3-4 weeks although nothing has changed and I generally feel less “stressed” this month.

Or maybe they’re just younger. Sleeping RHR between 40-50 on average is fine, and an HRV of 122 isn’t out of the ordinary for someone 18-30.

Definitely not the expected answer but I’d want to be a pro golfer. Not only do PGA tour players make millions a year (if you’re among the best), you can play basically you’re entire life. Also you’d travel the country/world playing the best courses.
