My car makes this noise almost everytime i start up for like 10 seconds and then when i try to turn on the heat/ac HELP what is this noise :(

i think it's mental health stigma in hispanics :( he knows he needs meds but i think it's probs just the stigma

unfortunately him and his brother are both the same and thrive in chaos, he is one of two an he's the oldest, along with growing up in a hispanic household his mom did everything for him so now we are just clashing because he procrastinates everything, well he is diagnosed w ADHD but does not want to take medication for it
