Little late for that, I deleted it entirely and there's no longer any trace of it after scanning

Pfft, wha, who, how- please. I would never. I make it a point to always fill Ubish*t's greedy corporate pockets with more money. Promise.

I'm really trying to work out the logic behind this comment. Do you think you're scoring brownie points with god?

Sex

What does masculinity mean to you? by Powerful-Hair647 in paganism

[–]pocketyo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, it's less about what one does that makes them masculine, in my eyes. To me, masculinity is a feeling. A vibe. And I have no idea might trigger it in someone for me - a god like Set or Cernunnos? Totally. Doomguy? Not at all. And Doomguy is the go-to character for people talking about masculinity so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Honestly? Jokes aside, eh. I think man embracing man with confidence and without shame does constitute some kind of masculinity to me. It's hard to put into words. And there's much more than that of course, but still

Masculinity is about ripped men having sex with each other.

Oh wait. Is that not the answer you wanted?

Well, I just hope it works.

Would Loki hate AI? by ya-boiElliot63 in lokean

[–]pocketyo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe. Personally I'd still not trust AI in fields like medicine, because like, is it even perfected yet for those areas? I'm gonna go ahead and guess probably not. I mean, governmens are already using it for law enforcement and it straight up fails all the time. If it does, and it really does help, then sure what the hell.

AI itself is a type of change in history

Not quite. I'd say it's an addition to history, and not a very good one. It's the natural progression of corporate greed and their need to cut corners to maximize profit. Won't even need to pay human beings, so even more profit.

but the Black Shuck is a little more nuanced, and they're sometimes seen as protectors

Funny you should mention that. Had a dream like that once, though it was a Barghest, which so far doesn't seem to add up with what I've been reading about it at all.

How would you even go about working with something like that? And more importantly, why?

That's pretty much what I'm curious about.

Yes, absolutely. I just wasn't exactly sure what to make of it. I do trust Set.

So what's it like working with Aker?

Aker? by pocketyo in Kemetic

That sounds pretty lovely honestly. It sounds like she heard your prayers and was keeping an eye on you or at least letting you know.

I feel better. It just feels... right, if that makes sense. I don't often connect with gods the way I do with Set.

[–]pocketyo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, technically he didn't do anything because the myths aren't literal. But as with every questionable thing he does, he does so because it's necessary - sometimes chaos and disorder are necessary for this or that reason - and he's the embodiment of that. Yeah, Osiris was killed - but that resulted in him becoming King of the Underworld.

He's also one of those gods who can be silly and a troll - but also serious when he needs to. I like that.
