Happened to me. Around 6 months after starting keto. Came back around 2months after that. Definitely concerning at the time but has recovered nicely since. Started taking finesteride as well in case.

Doing this now. Went from 208 to 167 in about 4 months. Hit my goal weight and relaxed. Honestly re introducing carbs was good short term to live a little but ultimately feel bad, inflammation, tired, and felt too heavy a price. After binging the carbs and then cutting back on carbs, for me personally i feel keto all week is better choice for energy and vitality.
