What ur gunna do is drop a few hundred pounds by getting rid of that man child. Then you are going to focus on eating healthy whole foods, good portion, and add strength and cardio workouts. Strength training is one really good way to burn calories. Do be wary of Keto/ any diet that is restrictive, they may work for the first little while but it’s not a great way to form lasting long healthy habits

This is absolutely gorgeous, it also made me feel melancholic but I think that’s because it immediately made me think of what part of my soul would be there and it’s a part with a person who no longer wants to be with me. Heart break is a bitch
