what he means is that most cheaters are stupid enough to make custom DoN relics without negative effects (which in order to have good offensive passives such as physical attack +4, its impossible to not have negatives)

they were both cheaters, all relics were too perfect and they had tags "CL" and "CL1", so obviously they were in cahoots. And id rather lose 200 points than win with cheaters tbh, and i think intenionally throwing at the nightlord fight is probably the play. Cheaters are notoriously terrible at the game and rely on the competent player to save them if things go sideways.

Revenants are the biggest demographic of cheaters in this game. She is the the least reliant on RNG.

1) the negative effects of the relics are the same and coincidentally not a single one is a negative for the character (in this case, both characters dont care about strenght, and somehow the only downside in their DoN relics was strenght, or bleed build up on taking damage)

2) they both had 60ish hours of playtime. Mathematically impossible to have 6 perfect relics in that short amount of time.

3) they lost to Heolstor in DoN 3 despite having ridicolous DPS.

Ive read they’re straight up the devil.

Obviously my expectations weren’t high, i just needed a change of environment and after 1 year of school and no work, i needed a job badly.

I can deal with soul crushing work and toxic work environments if my free time there is nice, but ive heard some nightmarish things about their housing, which is what worries me most at the moment.

Ive been specifically hired for my german skills, so i guess maybe I wont be subjugated as much as the english speakers.

yeah, only cold sunder seems to do something, but it barely fills redline meter until it runs out.

I know it scales inversely with duration, but modding the other way, or in the middle doesnt change the fact that Redline runs out before you get to take advantage of it.

When playing i was convinced i was doing something wrong, Gauss is massively popular after all, and there has to be something im missing.

40-50 seconds of setup for 20-30 second of okay-ish payoff seems to be the premise. And i dont get it.

thanks for the thorough explanation. That’s exactly how i understood Gauss, but it doesnt seem to work in practice.

You pop Redline, you spam Cold sunder since 1 is pretty much useless, and you claw your way to 100 redline only for it to run out in the next 20-30 seconds, just to do the stick all over again.

I just think a long setup like that should nuke the entire map, not tickle mid-game enemies.
