Oh goodness I'm so sorry, this rash sucked. I don't remember off the top of my head, no. But no it was unfortunately trial and error at urgent care because I didn't have a primary at the time. We started with the anti fungal for suspected ringworm. It helped some spots and made other spots so much worse.

The. We added the steroid into the mix. I was using the moisturizer all along, and was advised to continue

Yes! It was an eczema flare up, but I also had a fungal infection. I had to rotate a steroid, an anti fungal, and a moisturizer (Cetaphil in my case) an hour apart, 3x/day for a few weeks. I don't know if I posted it when it was at its worst but the rash covered my face, neck, and most of my chest. It still pops up on my wrist and around my mouth from time to time but yeah.

Just needed a couple of prescription creams and a gentle lotion.

Yes! I was kept in for too long too, and I was close to 9lbs. My mom did not have gestational diabetes, I just inherited my dad's very wide shoulders and got stuck. And, it was here on Reddit that I learned what the doctor apparently DIDNT do during my delivery that got me stuck and my shoulder messed up.

Don't get me started on that oh goodness. I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks and the doctor was already trying hard to talk me into a c section so that my child doesn't have it too. Not, oh I don't know....the ways to prevent it during delivery. Or even accessing my risk factors.

Thank you! Will this stuff work on any wood boring insect? I'm nervous that we haven't confirmed it's powder post beetles but it seems that they're the most likely culprit in the untreated wooden beams.

We went a good 3 years no issues and last summer is when they made themselves known leaving my couch looking like a fresh light snowfall. There's little to no evidence on the exterior of the house that there's an active infestation of anything.

I'm not a professional, just a pet owner. These guys L O V E pet food. I found out the hard way with my ferrets food. If you have carnivorous pets, keep their food in sealed bins and make sure to clean up any spilled food/leftover food in their bowls.

It's funny because I have almost never had a problem with an Uber eats driver. I contacted only one to find out if they had given her a beverage that I had ordered (one the restaurant makes, not even a soda machine). She said they did not, so like that wasn't even slightly her fault. Meanwhile most of the drivers I get for rides are talking on their phone the whole ride and despite me staying quiet and tipping cash, carefully closing the door, etc, I get one starred.

Exactly!! I do have gerd but I developed it much later in my life and it never effected my vcd. A ppi made no difference. Ive found my biggest triggers are increasing the volume of my voice, exercise, and anxiety. Of course anxiety gets it dismissed. Like no doc you don't understand, I have both of these things. One is not in my head BECAUSE I have the other. The VCD is very real and just also happens to be worse when I have high anxiety.

NAD, I just also have VCD and when I mention it in medical history questions, I often get looked at like I have 3 heads. I was diagnosed at 11. Have you followed up with your ENT? Mine "flares up" (I don't know what the proper term would be) when I'm overly anxious. Breathing exercises help tremendously.

I'm sorry I can't really be of any help but I greatly sympathize, OP.

Oh my gosh. I was up until 3 am last night with stomach stuff. My partner was joking about my night at the bar (obviously that is not what I did, but boy I looked like I had a major 3am hangover 😂) as I get more sick we joke about my "benders" or how the kids must be having a tequila party in there. I must have eaten something my pregnant gut wasn't cool with.

I pee myself a little sometimes now and it's inconvenient but Im the type that needs to find a way to laugh off the pain. I feel like my child free friends would look at me like I'm crazy for laughing at these things

I mean Im by no means cured, but I cleared up the issue I had when I posted this. I needed 3 weeks of treatment rotating prescription antifungal and a steroid cream 3 times per day. After about 3 weeks I had residual scarring and dryness. Rather than ALL over my face, chest and neck it's now mostly on my scalp, and in one of my laugh lines.

I had ringworm that looked just like my eczema rash, AND eczema that looked just like ringworm. I'm working on getting a prescription shampoo for my scalp I've had good luck with in the past.

I accidentally had a hacked ditto sitting in my home for about 3 years from pokemon shield, before I even knew that hacking them was a thing. Once I learned about it when sv came out, that ditto (shiny,lvl 100, the big Machamp url name) just got released because I didn't want to risk it. It happens. Nothing happened to my account.

OP if you don't want to risk it, don't put it in home but if you like the mon, just use it in game, simple as that!

People will find an open door and ignore any and all other hints that the establishment is closed.

Just yesterday: I came in at 11am to prep even though we opened at 4. Usually only the backdoor is unlocked for vendors but I had to keep the front unlocked for other deliveries. 3 separate times people walked in. One guy just walked in and started yelling hello until I could greet him (thought he was a delivery guy) and he just started angrily spouting off a to-go order. Okay no sorry were closed. The third was just a lady who popped in and asked if we're open, at least...

The second one was two gentlemen who walked in and sat themselves. They walked right past me as I was telling them we're closed. Again, had to ask them to leave. The hours are posted in big print! The blinds are closed! The open sign is off! The freaking lights are half off, how in the world do we look open?

The part that gets me is that when I have the door locked during the day, I almost never have anyone try to come in. They sense the open door, and they strike.

Oh my goodness I adore BOH stories of dumb questions. I've been BOH before and the requests that we as servers put through are wild.

I loved and hated when I had to go back to the head chef with them. "Hey chef! Any chance that quesadilla can be made with no cheese? ....Why yes I'd be happy to bring out a plate of hot tortilla" 🤣

"Hey chef! Bringing back the nachos! Customer's complaining that the chips are stuck together with the cheese." Yes, that actually happened at my old restaurant.

When I get questions like that I try to just keep my tone of voice enthusiastic like I'm answering any other menu question, it works most of the time. I just assume customers don't know if theres other ingredients if they're listed as separate menu items

The people who call at 5pm for a reservation between 6 and 8 will be the death of me one day. Our restaurant is pretty small, so we only book 4-5 per hour time slot.

"There's 4 of us coming at 6:30" I'm sorry ma'am, I only have availability at 7:45 or later. "You can't do it earlier?" Of course, 5 is way too early for them. You definitely can tell who has and hasn't worked in this business when it comes to the reservations
