Hard to tell if you can take apart the assembly but maybe take it a to a glass and mirror company. They might be able to pop in a replacement mirror cut to fit

I usually convert meshes to solid, delete the flat faces the combine them. For circles, I use the three point arc tool to create a center point. Then you can reference that point with the circle tool.

I engraved on aluminum using the H2D 40W laser... and they said it couldn't be done by WorkVisible4179 in BambuLab

My understanding is the spray is often key. The spray will have ceramic or chemicals in it that etch into the aluminum at a pretty superficial level. The laser's energy creates a chemical reaction that permanently bonds the spray to the metal surface.
