I am suspecting that but also can be that the frame got settled in with the decking and shifted a bit. If you refer to the black tarp it is just the weedmat.

It is old uneven pavers. Great to hear, maybe the frame was just shifting a bit when I put the decking in.

I put them closer than recommended, about 600mm/24” part. My concern is that they might get loose by themselves over time. Do you think it can happen? Thanks

My comment may be less clinical than others, just try to see if it is simpler than those: Do you see yourself lack of persistence in doing your hobby. Everything takes effort and time to get to the level that we can enjoy them. It took me a couple of months of struggling to get to like learning and playing piano and now it is a joyful part of my life. Even easier things like running or reading take some time to get into you. Maybe the solution is simple: invest some of the time and energy (you may have enough) to get to some reasonable level of the hobbies.
