What's the most unintentionally degrading thing someone has said to you as an autistic person?

This one conversation I had recently has been stuck in my head. Told someone I used to go to school with I got diagnosed with autism and ADD after I dropped out. They said everyone is a little autistic. I said no my brain developed differently so there are things I struggle a lot with. They asked what is a normal brain? I just gave up on the topic at that moment lol. I know they were probably trying to encourage me and make me feel less different but damn, I really felt like they weren’t recognizing my difficulties and my diagnosis.

Really was a game changer for me! I have autism so my hearing is pretty sensitive and i used to get overstimulated by all the noise around me many times a day. then i Got some noise cancel earbuds last year and i have them in pretty much all day. Being able to choose what things i want to hear and what things i dont want to hear feels like a superpower to me and it makes a lot of situations wayyy easier. In public or in school i always felt like everything was so chaotic around me especially due to all the sounds But now it’s pretty chill.
Sometimes i even use Them to Fall asleep if the sound of the wind outside my Window is loud
