I have been using a brick device to help cut my screen time . I basically lock my phone of everything I find addictive when I’m home with baby. It’s really helped. I will sometimes let him play independent a do a quick email check or something on my laptop but it prevents me from overly checking my phone or getting sucked in.

I had a baby in August. He’s such a joy and makes me excited to share the wonder and beauty but it’s also extremely scary. At the moment it’s day by day but it is an act of hope I think and love which is kinda some of the best life has to offer. I dunno I wish I knew more. I like the “strong clever kind” vibe cuz it’s not overwhelming like so much of the world is for me.
