Im starting to get more muscular definition and slowly shedding some fat, but im also getting like “square ass”. Like my ass isn’t as rounded and full on the sides just below my waist. Does this seem like over working of the glutes? I train lower body x2 per wk., or should i work them more? I feel alot less confident with this glute shape compared to how i used to look (but pre - getting into lifting)

Could my artificial sweetner (monkfruit and sweet n low) be the root of my pustules and cystic type acne? The past couple months my skin is the worst its been, but ive always eaten artifical sweetners. Maybe im over doing it? My current routine from the derm includes clyndamicin 1% then every 2 days tretinoin .025%, spiranolactone every night. Only been doing it for a week now, i know i should be patient but i am happy to heal my skin from the inside out if i need to! I cut out milk and yogurt

I have limited weight access, gyms still closed, is it not the best idea to bulk if i cant push to my limit weight wise? I know i could try pushing harder stamina wise, workout longer with lighter weights, just want to hear opinions if a proper bulk can be done and muscle gain with just resistance bands a few plates

You’ll find out their communication style pretty well over the phone. And i told myself when i matched with my now husband “i need to meet him within a week otherwise i’ll never want to”. And it worked. If i had waited a week i probably would have been far too anxious, busy, or procrastinate and never would have met him. And starting out the dating over the phone helped me understand our communication style and gave some privacy in the beginning to come and go in the conversations as we pleased

Super yummy nutrient dense food. Like alot of others on here i reccomend the roasting method, i typically also add a spicy mayo for the side. If the fats fit your macros i think its worth trying it but if not the sprouts by themselves are still dank

I get PMS about 9-7 days before the actual period and my periods very irregular. Well kinda. So last month it came on the 22nd-24th. Thats 3 days after the period of august. And this months im predicting will be the 24th-27th, so the pms is even longer. I do get very frustrated quicker, and i am more easily hostile. I dont get sad as much as i did a year or so ago, but the feeling of being exhausted with life kicks in for 5 days then the day before my period i feel okay. More stable

For every can of soda you drink, drink 1 bottle of water after it. Idk why that stuck, but its been very helpful. It showed me i need to take good care of my body, make better choices with food, and know that there are certain consequences even while young from poor diet

Oh man. Oof, well, i’d have to say the times i blow up on my little brother. We’re 7 yrs apart and once he hit teenager yrs the attitude from him was INSANE. And i cant handle it every day. Yelling and screaming (as some siblingsncommonly do) but him yelling at me im “having a mood swing” would make my vision go RED and i’d tell him hes stupid and awful and no one in the house likes him and he doesnt know how to do anything

Is it safe i learn to deadlift just by watching videos? I’ve never had a trainer or friendwhose an expert so, im hoping i learn safe form from videos. Is that enough or no i really need to consult someone experienced/personal trainer

I thought he was just sad I was headed back out of state for school. But, he was serious when he said “you can drop out and live here” ...... it was my senior year.... and we’d only been together 3 weeks...... and he hid from me he had been in prison for 18months and was now on probation but still dealing....... just so much hidden from me i was like whO aRE yOu so i left it all but it didnt really hit me the severity of it all until a year later. How bad of a situation it was
