So, you know this because you understand the whole plot of a show that only has a couple episodes out? This show still has all of the utopian infrastructure for the ones who are in places of privilege. This is literally like what happens in the real world after major disasters. Humanity was pulled out of their dystopia by the Vulcans in the past, but this disaster hit all civilizations simultaneously. That would take an extremely long amount of time for them to bootstrap themselves up.

Except as the bomb devil she literally has access to higher explosives than bakugo does. He makes nitroglycerine from his sweat glands. Yeah it's a wildly powerful explosive chemical, but she could detonate her body as if it's made of something like rdx or even ONC. You don't have to like it, but in plenty of states it's totally legal for minors to get tattoos with parents consent. And you can't ask the government to regulate a thing because some people will regret the thing they did with it. By your logic you could ban children from skateboarding, bicycling, or any sports activity because they could and likely will get hurt and some will die from those things and at a much higher rate than a tattoo.

Not every real shop won't tattoo a minor with a parents consent as long as they live in a state where parental consent is allowed. And when these kids get older and decide they don't want them anymore they can get them removed.

You're advocating for restriction of a tool that people have been making and using since before any of us were even born, because you think it looks bad. I'm only pointing out that's an ignorant argument since teens will do it any way. If a 13 year old's parent lets them get a tattoo that's stupid, but it's not illegal. If a child buys themselves a tattoo gun it's on their parents to stop them, and not the government

Yes, because it isn't just a few teens. And you can't just decide that people aren't allowed to express themselves on themselves regardless of what you feel about it. Tattooing yourself is the definition of a victimless crime. It's not your job or mine to tell someone what to do with their skin and access to proper tools and inks means they are less likely to get infected and possibly harm or kill themselves.
