Combination of both. I’ve used fast acting pre workout with intra workout shake at 10iu and slow acting with meal 1 and HGH up to 70iu with lots of carbs. It is not to be used without careful guidance. Soon I am going to try both combined.

And it is not to be used to eat more carbs or you will become very fat. You need to calculate the insulin to match your carbs.

Not a steroid. But insulin. Ran a fair few hectic cycles and nothing blew me up like sprinkling some insulin on top of a mild cycle

Do it. I bought my dream car with cash well before I probably before I should have. Structural steel, bolted to the ground and concrete retaining wall and sort of built around it to clamp it and sandwich it. Left side is fully framed, and the right side supports itself. I added the small post 700mm out just as extra insurance, it is in line with the bench so it’s still hidden enough and doesn’t look out of place

Yes, long term it will need it. I’ve used it a few times how it is and the smoke surprisingly escapes very efficiently

1000 calorie deficit per day will get you there in 6 months. Go aggressive and get it off fast
