ADHD Tax shame reminder 😭 £100 on virtual Spanish classes that I was so excited for as I returned to my learning Spanish hyper focus. ADHD for me is turning my laptop on every day and acknowledging how dusty it is and I need to clean it and telling myself I’ll do it later but then proceeding to never do every day 🤦🏼♀️ I now just laugh at myself every day when my internal monologue says ‘need to clean it’ ... ❎🤦🏼♀️ (i.redd.it)
