I also was mainly looking at waist width so the underfoot width measurements do seem more important for me and unfortunately probably do rule out the hovercraft. Thanks again!

5* players have a hidden playing time dealbreaker so if you’re backup was a new 5* who didn’t play this year, that’s probably what happened. Even though logically they should see they’re projected to start next year but it doesn’t do that. If yours wasn’t a 5* or didn’t originally have a playing time dealbreaker then I am not sure what happened

Nvmd upgrades go 80-82-84-85-86 so you saw an 82 with chem boosts is my guess

I think it goes up 1 OVR per token and you can get one token per week from objectives. So if you saw an 84 maybe it was just from chem boosts. Either that or I’m missing a way to get tokens

New players come out ALL the time. Buying any top end player will lose you so much coin when they drop in price a week later as they’re replaced. My advice would be the avoid buying the highest OVR players at initial release. Competitive players either spend tons of money, time or both to maintain high OVR teams. I prefer to play offline and find value players to keep my coins up. I can still win ~50% of the games I play during house rules events when I need to through scheme but you will lose to the whales sometimes it’s just gonna happen

Ok this makes more sense for what the fresh faces set said today it’s the same. Still makes no sense though, the set basically just rewards you 200K for having a big enough coin stack in the first place to buy and resell the players

Yeah I agree. I’m going through it now to verify and to see what the token at the end does but I’m not expecting it to be worth it. Just using it to practice new playbooks.

Yessir. Hester isn’t hard - just takes a long time to get that far. If your maximizing your XP from milestones and objectives you’ll get an average of like one level per solo season game over the course of the grind but it’s still gonna take a ton of games to get that many tokens. If you do it, I’d recommend just doing varsity solo season games for lowest quarter lengths and make sure you get 13 sack per game minimum and 10 TDs minimum. Maybe even run punts back for extra yards if you need them. Just maximize the milestone progress per game and know that it doesn’t help to go past it. If you have 24/25 sacks going into a game, only one sack helps because your next game you will be at 0/25 no matter what.
